There's also a basic search to help you out. 

When browsing on mobile , the pages are quick to load. However, you may have trouble finding all those filters. It took me a second, and then I realized they are at the bottom of the page. 

One issue I kept facing on a desktop is that my account would frequently log out after only a few minutes of inactivity. This isn't the end of the world, but it is inconvenient. You'll also need to wait for a verification code in your inbox when you log in from a new device.
