I used to like Vendo, until they started declining my transactions. I've not had the same problem with CCBill, Epoch, Segpay or FX Billing - only Vendo. When contacted, Vendo ask for all sorts of information, do very little to address the crux of your complaint and issue boilerplate replies about their 'bank' being the one to decline the charge. Will be avoiding them in future, as lost a long-term discounted subscription as a result of an abrupt, unexpected cancellation on their part.
