By 2010, they sold Mansef to German businessman Fabian Thylmann, who rebranded it Manwin. In 2012, RK Netmedia Inc., the people behind Reality Kings, merged with Manwin.
In 2012, German authorities charged Thylmann with tax evasion and ordered his extradition from Belgium to Germany. By 2013, a group of top Manwin executives bought the company from Thylmann. Given their former boss’s tax issues, the new owners rebranded as MindGeek. They still own Brazzers and other top networks, including Fake Hub and Twistys Network.
Recent Challenges Facing the Network
Recently, the total amount of content has shrunk by a couple of thousand videos. The same holds true for many of Mindgeek’s other flagship networks. They’ve given no formal explanation, but given the considerable impact the pandemic has had on adult productions worldwide, it’s possible that has something to do with it.
