The customer support for this site is the worst I've yet experienced. The account number you receive in the e-mail is required to cancel the membership, but I don't have the e-mail anymore. In order to report a problem, the account number is required as well. I have e-mailed the customer support twice now and have not received a reply, despite their claim that they respond within 24 hours. Just make sure you write down your account number when you join. Please. As for the site itself, there's not much Heather content, but there are plenty of extra feeds. None of the videos are downloadable, though.
