Bettie Page became famous during the 1950s due to her fetish modeling and pin-up photos, but lived in virtual obscurity up until she experienced a resurgence in popularity in the 1980s. Nowadays, Bettie is widely regarded as the Queen of Pinups and as something of an icon. When looking at her photos today, it is easy to see how she became such a huge star and you can look at her pics whenever you want if you're a member of gBettie Page Star.

It seems as though BettiePageStar has been up and running since April 2010, so at the time that this review is being written, the site is still pretty new. This is important to note as there is not an overwhelming amount of material just yet. There are no videos and currently only 30 sets of pictures.

There is nothing to suggest that any movies are going to be on the way any time soon, but you can normally expect to see new photos being added every two days. If the website can maintain that update schedule, it'll reach a great size in no time.

There are 48 images per gallery and the majority of the pics are black and white. I did not come across many that would be considered high-res by our standards, but there were some shots that big found here and there. That said, there are some pictures that are a little on the small side and some that are a little blurry at times. You can rate the different photo sets and view them as slideshows. No Zip downloads are made available.

For those of you who are curious, I can tell you that you get a good mix with the pics. In some we see Bettie fully clothed and in others we see her completely nude. There are also some candid shots that show her half naked.

One of my personal favorites has the brunette bombshell posing nude in the grass with the leash of a cheetah in each hand. You heard me right; she's standing between actual cheetahs! Another that really does it for me show her draped on her belly across a couch with her legs bent upward and strewn across another woman's laps, as that other gal has her arm poised to deliver the naughty Betty one hell of an OTK experience.

I should make a point of stating that the images are not exclusive. In fact, it would even seem that you're invited to contribute to the collection by submitting your own photos. Still, it is nice to have so many pictures of Bettie gathered together in one place for your convenience. This gal rarely disappoints in any of her fantastic shots.

She most definitely deserves to have a website devoted to her, but this is one that might be best for fans and fans alone. With no videos, nonexclusive material and photos that vary in quality, Bettie Page Star just won't be able to satisfy everybody at once.
