Under the mysterious mists of Japan, an ancient art is practiced with the same attention to detail and respect for the ritual that has defined it for centuries. This is the art of Shibari, better known as Japanese bondage. Bondage Geisha provides further insights into the art with education and presentations of some very fine bondage scenes.
Not only does BondageGeisha show you pictures and movies of stunningly gorgeous and perfectly demure and submissive Japanese beauties, but it also has an excellent 'education' section. You can find information on the history of Japanese bondage, learn how to tie knots properly, learn about breathing and meditation and discover the hidden beauties of this art that are sometimes lost on other BDSM practitioners. When presented in this light, one sees that this can truly bring about an awakening in one's psyche that will bring you beyond what you may have previously thought possible.
This is a beautifully-designed site, but while navigation is fairly simple, content opening in new windows is always a little bit annoying to me. Still, the main page has a menu that allows you to access all the content from there.
The pictures are contained in a few different sections. For example, you'll find pictures in the 'shibari secrets' section as well as in the 'fetish pictures section.' I was somewhat disappointed with the quality of the pictures on this site. Nothing was presented in high-res and, due to the nature of bondage, most sets were quite dark. While this is not always a problem, with the average-quality resolution of the pictures, this can tend to hide some of the details. In total, I counted about 91 sets of pictures. I have to say that much of the content looked as though it was produced a few years ago, but that could just be from the lack of quality.
There is a movie section that leans heavily towards hentai films. In total, there are about 23 videos that are mostly broken up into several parts, but there are a few presented in their entirety. Here's the kicker though: the movies are streaming-only. They're presented in below average to average-quality in mostly Windows Media, but also in Flash format. I was quite disappointed to not be able to download any of the content as there are a couple of great instructional videos.
