"American Idol" has been a cultural phenomenon for 10 years now. Because the peope behind this site came up with the name CFNM Idol, you might think they have some sort of reality style premise that's paying homage to one of America's most popular TV shows. However, they simply chose a clever name for the same content you'll find on CFNM Exposed. On top of it, even as AI soldiers onto its 10th season, this clothed-male-naked-female content hasn't seen an update in ages.
