Every now and then I fall absolutely head over heels in lust with the star of a site I'm reviewing, but never before had I been so smitten as when I saw the website of Christy Marks. Content is great, the picture sets are wonderful and although the videos may not be considered "HD" by current standards, they are still good quality. Navigation is simple and easy and they whole interface is pleasant and user friendly. Downsides... yes the content is rotated since Christy is obviously retired, however that's forgivable. What's not forgivable however is that clearly trying to cancel your subscription does jack-all! They give two options to cancel, one with themselves and the other with the biller directly. I tried to cancel through the site two weeks prior to the renewal date, thinking this would be enough. Just before said date I checked my emails for confirmation of cancellation (this is not an account i check all too regularly) and i see nothing. So i go to cancel again, im greeted with a message; "you have tried too many times, please try again in an hour". So i go to the biller directly this time, sure enough, its still showing as recurring, I cancel with them, and two days later i'm still charged! Seriously?! This isn't the days of the wild west of internet porn, this kind of behavior surely isn't acceptable anymore. Such a shame to ruin an otherwise good experience.

Great pictures and HD vids but when you want to cancel you just keep on getting billed. They 'can't find' your subscription details. I was finally told that they had found them and discovered that I was billed again. I would avoid!
