I've never been a fan of the gym - I prefer the privacy of my own home. Fitness rooms is an enjoyable experience. The models have athletic body types that fit the setting and are all quite gorgeous as many look like they do indeed frequent the gym. The scenes are of high quality with great lighting and camera angles. I particularly enjoy seeing the gorgeous women work up a sweat (as they should for a setting such as a gym). Sex in this scenario definitely isn't a cool down, but part of the workout regiment. Many of the positions require a degree of athleticism. Most scenes are either boy-girl or girl-girl with a few threesome scenes of all women or a pair of women with a gentleman.
