Before you set sail for a night of passion on Ladyboy Island, I should warn you that once you land inside the members' area you'll find yourself on Ladyboy Gloryhole instead, so you end up with a bunch of diverse Asian tranny scenes, but none of them have anything to do with an island of any kind.
