Man Stay seems an odd name for a site in my mind. I guess it's meant to be a play on words. "Mainstay" would describe anything that is considered a staple commodity or important part of something else. Would I consider this site in any way integral to the world of online gay porn? I'd have to be blunt and say that no, it isn't. For starters, you can only rely on the site for a limited amount of content, because there have been no new updates in ages.
