If you look up the term precocious in the dictionary one of the definitions you end up with is "...ripe or mature before the proper or natural time." The only thing missing from the definition is a picture of Meggan Powers to help you better understand. Maybe it's just something in the way MegganPowers poses for the camera, but she definitely gives off a sensuous vibe. For those who like them thin, this is the babe for you.
