Naughty 21 is a site that is concerned with giving their members the chance to see first-time amateurs showing off their bodies. The girls are truly beautiful, with slender figures and relaxed demeanors. It all looks good from here, so let's see how it looks on closer inspection.

So, how is the content that is available?

That's a really good question (so I'm glad I asked it). The videos all feature some really hot amateurs engaging in some self-love. Some of the scenes have a simple, yet silly premise. Meanwhile, other scenes will just start right in on the action without any setup at all. Like the ladies, the production quality is amateur. With that said, the camera always keeps the focus on the gals.

The scenes typically last around seven minutes and can be streamed and downloaded as MPEG files (although sometmes you only get one of those two options) that provide stellar-quality playback. I noticed that the babes all seem to fall in one of two camps.

The first of them includes those who are hot enough to be models or pin-up centerfolds. Meanwhile, in the second camp, you will find those who living embodiments of a true gal-next-door persona. All of the performers use their fingers and some of them use a variety of sex toys . For example, you will see a few chick who use everything from rubber dildos to little stuffed rabbits to Magic Wand vibrators.

As is the case with all of the videos, the pictures showcase a single hottie who first strips out of her clothes and then starts masturbating. All of the galleries are rather small. One thing that caught my eye was how hot a chick with curly, brown hair looked in her scene as she took took BDSM to a whole new level. The action on Naughty 21 is pretty fantastic, but be prepared for when you sign up that you will not be getting a lot of it. Also, your membership does not get you any bonus sites at all. At the moment, the site doesn't have enough content to be worthwhile.
