I'm not sure what the "neon" has to do with, but I guess you need to call a cam site something and Neon Cams is as good a name as any. What's really important is that the "cams" part of the name is accurate.

There are over 6,972 models on NeonCams and there were 196 online when I was there. The variety of women was really nice. The chicks are mostly European , but many of them speak enough English to know what you are typing.

The prices are decent. Each model seems to set their own price-per-minute for their private shows, but I found that most of them came in at either $1.49 or $1.99, which is a good price. Some of the better-looking babes charge at least $2.49 per minute.

The video quality on the cams is average, but the motion was pretty fluid on most of them. You can watch them in three different sizes, none of which go completely full screen. If you choose the largest size, you can chat with the models on the bottom part of the screen.

I had a nice chat with one of the gals before we got to the action. Normally, when reviewing a site I would just ask her to get naked right away, just to find out what I can expect.
