Pregnant Freaks explores expectant hotties in all their soon-to-be MILF glory. It is a completely nonexclusive collection of photos and videos not only falling under its knocked up main theme, but additional sets covering a wide range of hardcore flavors.

Unlike some of the others coming from the same large network of sites, PregnantFreaks has a straightforward presentation and slightly more appealing design on a few of its pages, however, the actual content isn't as good as some of the others.

All the preggo picture content is featured directly on the homepage, unlike its sister sites. There are no additional sets to be found by following other links, but you will find many bonuses.

Currently, there are three galleries averaging about 40 shots each of mostly solo scenes with a bit of lesbian action thrown in too. Approximately one third are high-res, while overall the quality is good regardless of size, except for one random set that only has eight slightly dark photos of pregnant muff getting shaved.

The 40 flicks online so far come in two different formats, one good and one quite bad. These come as series of streamble clips or full-lenght downloads that are available in good-quality Windows Media format or as great-looking MPEGs.

The remainder of Pregnant Freaks is a collection of bonus sites and other extras that touch on a variety of categories and niches. Given the small amount of main content and the rarity of updates, I think you can find better pregnant chick sites elsewhere.
