SinfulBBW looks decent and is pretty easy to use once you figure things out. Just click on "browse" on the homepage and the links for the video and picture sections will appear below the top menu bar. There are currently 538 videos and roughly 380 sets of pictures. The photo section contains a lot more sets, but a good number are just vid caps.

The movies can be streamed and downloaded. The dominant format is MP4 and you'll get mostly 480p playback, but many also have Windows Media files. The newer ones are in HD, but they're not always crisp. The pictures look decent (none are high-res though) and you can check them out in slideshows as well as save them in Zip files.
