All you need to make a good porn cartoon is a dirty mind and the ability to draw. However, you need more then that to make a good porn cartoon site, and Slutty Cartoons doesn't have anymore. In fact, they hardly have much to begin with.

There are 24 episodes available so far. I say 'so far' but to be honest, I have no idea if they are still updating the content. The dates on the last added stuff are from over two months ago, so it looks like any kind of regular updating is out of the question.

It also looks like great-quality content is also out of the question. Each of the 24 episodes is split up into short clips that can be downloaded in MPEG and Windows Media formats. Now, not only is there no full-length option available, but the quality of the clips is pretty mediocre anyways.

The content is, as if you didn't know, all nonexclusive. The videos are a mix of anime stuff as well as some movies that look like they were taken from a naughty Saturday morning cartoon. Some of the scenes were fun, rather then erotic , but not enough so to make it worth the $40 they are charging.

How do they think they can get away with charging so much for such a mediocre site? Well, it must be the bonus content. Bonus content includes access to 28 other nonexclusive sites covering a variety of niches, but these too are mediocre quality. The best quality can actually be found among the extra streaming-video sites and DVD archive. However, they are all streamable-only, mostly not focused on cartoons and not worth $40. Take your toon love elsewhere.
