Downloads aren't included with your membership—you only get streaming rights. However, they've added the option to purchase downloads at the low cost of 9.90 Euros. This is comparable to other DVD sites, but it's still much more expensive than subscribing to any of the individual sites.

The lack of tags makes browsing more difficult. Plus, there are no feedback options, like comments or ratings. Also, if you decide to browse the DVDs chronologically, you'll hit a wall where everything is only available in SD, and it's not an insignificant part of the collection.

Still, some will opt out solely because of the lack of downloads, while others might not appreciate the unclear update schedule.
