I joined figuring they had fixed the terrible downloading problems. They advertise unlimited downloads, but you're cut off after every two. Support ignores your requests for help. Why do they have to be so bad? I'm retired and just want to download a bunch of scenes to watch. Is that asking too much? Great content. I'll give them that.

Basically a scam. Downloaded only about 30gb (the equivalent of less than 10 4k videos) and my account was locked, only able to view previews. I have signed up for many of the other major porn websites and networks, and have never had anything like this happen. I also never opened more than 3 videos at once. I will update this review if Bangbros makes things right, but from the looks of other reviews it seems like their support email is useless. There is great content and I would have stayed long enough to unlock some of their bonus sites, but not if I'm going to get locked out of viewing and downloading after only 30gb downloaded. There is also no way to know when this restriction will be lifted, or what I need to do to avoid it in the future. Very shady.

I had a good experience with them in the past, but now it seems that all went out the window with whatever they are currently doing. They lock accounts and do a variety of different things. One such thing that i am particularly having trouble with at the moment is the face that they won't let me cancel. I keep clicking the "Cancel" button and nothing happens. No matter how many things i do or hoops i jump through it seems i can't cancel AT ALL! I sent them an email and lets see if that does anything. Soooo... big thumbs down to everything they are doing currently. I am just hoping i can cancel before i get hit with another charge.

This is one of my favorite porn sites, They have beautiful women, good camera work (i think), and a well organized website despite all the advertising to buy things (you don't have to click them). If you are not careful though your account will be flagged and you will only be able to see previews. I am leaving a reply to my review here explaining how to avoid your account at BangBros.com from being flagged, if your account is flagged it will unlock eventually.

Bangbros flagged my account because I tried viewing/downloading too many videos at once. I opened around 7 tabs. It would only show me trailers. This is for a service I actually have paid for, they lock my whole account because of this and only allow me to watch trailers, it is not like this is a free service. There is no actual email listed for technical support and the wording on their help page lacks so many issues, I ended up contacting the support via the email they listed stating I wish for the issue to be resolved or I will be cancelling my subscription (Lucky I decided to go with monthly) There is also no support forums for users, no listing if there is a site issue so it leaves it all up to you. Received an email reply fairly quickly to give them credit, although the information they have replied with is such a standard basic response which I can only compare to "Have you tried turning it off and on again" Like I have not tried logging out, logging back in. Closing the browser entirely before doing those steps and even tried a whole new browser. Support told me to log out and log back in and it will be fixed. I already tried those steps before I sent the email. Disgusting support. Fast response times are great but the lack of the issue being resolved is ridiculous. Yeah the site offers amazing content for a fairly reasonable price but god forbid a video you watch lists 7 others that peak your interest. You cannot open them in new tabs without your whole account being essentially locked.

As of today, there is no longer a download button on ALL videos. Bangbros expects people to pay extra for downloads now. I took a one YEAR membership to this site in October. That leaves me 8 months left with NO DOWNLOAD OPTION! This is illegal! My original 1 year agreement should still stand!!! Customer support simply laughed! Stay away from XXX sites that are going this route, as they will rob you blind!

Hi EgypGree, I am really sorry that you are not satisfied with our website. Also, by law any porn shot in California is mandatory that they must use condoms. Any other state its not a requirement so there is n need to use condoms since the talent gets tested every few weeks to prevent any outbreak.
